In my 25+ years in HR, I have seen trends come and go. Whether you call them soft skills, people skills or emotional intelligence these fundamental skills have always been the stark difference between leading and managing. They are no longer just ‘nice to haves’ in leadership.

And yes, they can be learned!

We all have a lens that we see the world through. Our lens is created from of our experiences, beliefs and perceptions. Often times this lens drives your decision making process, without even being aware of it. Awareness of our filters and blind spots allows us to see opportunity and make choices to align what we do with what we want.

The Choosing and Changing Framework

Choosing & Changing combines conversation, skill building, and inspired action to ignite real, impactful, and sustainable change in all the areas that matters to you.

 

Before change can happen, we are going to dig. We examine where you’re at in various aspects of your world and bring awareness to how you work and the lens through which you see challenges and opportunity. We'll ask key questions, uncover your motivations, and express what is important to you.

Our intention is to understand what has been preventing you or your company from getting to where you want to be, so that we can create "a-ha" moments. You’ll cultivate a mindset that aligns what you say and do, so that you can create what you want and experience your full potential.

With a clear understanding and awareness of our challenges, successes, and barriers, you choose where you want to go next. You’ll choose how to translate your insights and values into your world, and learn how to continually expand your perspective to see your full spectrum of choice.

Here comes the fun part —change! (Yes, it can feel fun!) We create an actionable game plan to get you to where you want to be. We’ll collaboratively build your toolkit, strategy, and network to make sure you’re ready to embrace and enact the sustainable change you’ve chosen.
